All our delicious cheeses are made with pure, finest quality, fresh milk. Daily fresh cheddar in curds, half-pressed, blocks (white, yellow or marbled). Aged tangy cheddar, mild and velvety Mozzarella, and the Capricook, a goat’s milk cheese in mild or aged versions. On the premises, our dairy bar with over 15 flavours of hard ice cream.
