Do you know the little history of the great Republic of the Indian Stream? The interpretation sites which form the route, seven (7) on the Canadian side and nine (9) on the American side, transport us to 1832. At that time, legislative vagueness surrounded the delimitation of the border, which pushed the inhabitants of this territory to create for themselves a republic independent of Canada and the United States; the republic of the Indian Stream!
